Welcome to Math at it, a 501(c)(3) non-profit advocating for math enrichment in our Black and Brown communities.

We're on a mission to empower communities and pave the way for a brighter future through the power of math.

Access (students)

We believe every child deserves access to the tools and resources they need to unlock their full potential. That's why we offer scholarships for students to access math enrichment, personalized tutoring, and extracurricular activities outside of the classroom. These activities are designed to help them build confidence and have fun while practicing math.

Advocacy (parents/families)

Our training and workshops cover a range of topics including math content, educational policies, school curriculum, and the structure of education. We believe that our children need more support. That's why we work closely with parents and families, offering guidance on how to advocate for your child, facilitate conversations about math at home, and share tips and tricks for encouraging math learning beyond the classroom.

Amplify (community):

We are all about helping Black and Brown children and families access Math and excel. What better way to do this than by spotlighting Black and Brown professionals in the fields of math and sciences to provide examples of excellence to our children. By championing representation, we're not just opening doors – we're building bridges to brighter futures, one equation at a time.
